Payroll Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing: Manage the payroll process, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation.
2. Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and benefits administration.
3. Payroll Accounting: Manage payroll accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
4. Employee Data Management: Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee information.
5. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
6. Audit and Compliance: Conduct audits to ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures, and implement corrective actions as needed.
7. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the overall payroll experience.
Requirements
1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on payroll processing, compliance, and accounting.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Certifications: Professional certifications, such as Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC), preferred.
4. Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software, including ADP, Paychex, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax laws, labor laws, and benefits administration.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary Upto 70K CTC
