Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll for our workforce, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities: 

Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with Indian statutory requirements.

Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries, reimbursements, and deductions.

Handle end-to-end statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, and related filings.

Maintain and update payroll records, salary structures, and employee data.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.

Generate and share payroll reports and insights with management.

Qualifications: 

1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Indian payroll processing.

Strong understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, and payroll compliances.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (good working knowledge required).

Familiarity with HRMS tools (experience with Keka is an added advantage).

High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes/
