As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube Ads. Your primary focus will be to drive measurable revenue growth and improve campaign performance through data-driven decision-making and creative experimentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, launch, and manage high-performing paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strategically manage budgets and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, copy, and landing pages.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and create detailed reports to track KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in managing paid campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and funnel strategy.
• Experience in deriving a ROAS of 8+ and have generated monthly sales in lakhs.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and relevant third-party optimization platforms.
