The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms and a strong analytical mindset to maximize ROI, conversions, and customer acquisition.

• Optimize campaigns for leads, sales, ROAS, CPA, and conversions
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, audiences, and ad copies
• Monitor daily performance and budgets to achieve targets
• Analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
• Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones
• Collaborate with creative and design teams for ad creatives
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform changes
