Performance Marketing Director

Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google & Meta Ads)Location: Delhi NCR (In-office) | Type: Full-time, In-house | Incentive-based

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to run and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for a design-led company in the architecture, interior design, construction, and premium real estatespace.

This role is focused on results — lead quality, conversions, sales, and brand visibility — not just impressions or clicks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google and Meta
• Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates
• Manage targeting, creatives, budgets, retargeting, and funnels
• Track performance metrics like CPL, conversions, and ROAS
• Coordinate with sales to improve lead quality and closing outcomes
• Monitor pixels, events, and analytics to improve performance continuously

Preferred Profile:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
• Prior experience in architecture, interiors, construction, or real estate is a strong plus
• Performance-driven, data-oriented, and accountable mindset

Bonus (Not Mandatory):

• Ability to assist with ad creatives, content ideas, or reels

Exceptional Meta Ads specialists can be hired exclusively for Meta Ads.

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-linked incentives.
