Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Proven ability to plan, create, and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Must have experience running International Campaigns (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
• Deep understanding of audience targeting, custom audiences & lookalike audiences
• Ability to manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns
• Expertise in A/B testing (creatives, copy, audiences)
• Strong knowledge of conversion tracking (Pixel, Events API)
• Ability to analyze performance using metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
• Experience with funnel building and lead generation campaigns
• Basic understanding of landing pages & conversion optimization
• Ability to coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Up-to-date with latest Meta Ads trends and policy updates

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–1.5+ years of experience in Meta Ads or Performance Marketing
• Experience working with eCommerce / Lead Generation / Service-based businesses
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify (optional but preferred)

Bonus Skills (Good to Have):

• Copywriting for ads
• Video ad strategy knowledge
• Experience with scaling high-budget campaigns
