Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads for an e-commerce/D2C brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor daily performance and improve ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Scale winning campaigns and control ad spends efficiently
• Create and test new audiences, creatives, copies, and campaign structures
• Work closely with the creative team for banners, videos, ad copies, and UGC requirements
• Handle remarketing, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns
• Ensure proper setup and tracking of Pixel, Events, UTM, GA4, and conversion data
• Analyze campaign reports and share daily/weekly insights with action points
• Coordinate with website/e-commerce team to improve landing pages and funnel performance

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads
• Good understanding of Google Ads
• Knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Pixel/Event tracking, and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Good communication and coordination ability

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
• Graduate
• Good English communication
• Experience in e-commerce / D2C / fashion / lifestyle preferred
