Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) –Admin

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant – Admin to support senior leadership in managing schedules, communications, and office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high confidentiality while contributing to smooth corporate operations.
- Key Responsibilities: Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders for senior management
- Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS for management
- Coordinate internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Organise travel, logistics, and itineraries for senior leadership
- Oversee office administration, supplies, and day-to-day operations
- Perform special projects or tasks assigned by management
- Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate (any discipline)
- 1+ years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Admin Executive in a corporate setup
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Preferred Attributes: Smart, confident, and presentable personality
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to handle corporate-level confidential matters independently
