Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Personal Assistant – Admin to support senior leadership in managing schedules, communications, and office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining high confidentiality while contributing to smooth corporate operations.

  • Key Responsibilities: Manage the calendar, appointments, meetings, and reminders for senior management
  • Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS for management
  • Coordinate internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Organise travel, logistics, and itineraries for senior leadership
  • Oversee office administration, supplies, and day-to-day operations
  • Perform special projects or tasks assigned by management
  • Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate (any discipline)
  • 1+ years of experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Admin Executive in a corporate setup
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
  • Preferred Attributes: Smart, confident, and presentable personality
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Ability to handle corporate-level confidential matters independently
