Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, presentable, and capable of handling both administrative and personal coordination tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the reporting manager
  • Handle communication on behalf of the manager (calls, emails, messages)
  • Perform basic office and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements if needed
  • Maintain files and records
  • Provide daily assistance for smooth workflow
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in admin or assistant role
  • Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Trustworthy and responsible
  • Flexible and quick learner
  • Must carry Resume and Aadhaar card for the interview
