Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our daily business operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable, presentable, and capable of handling both administrative and personal coordination tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the reporting manager
- Handle communication on behalf of the manager (calls, emails, messages)
- Perform basic office and administrative tasks
- Coordinate travel and logistics arrangements if needed
- Maintain files and records
- Provide daily assistance for smooth workflow
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in admin or assistant role
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good communication and time management skills
- Trustworthy and responsible
- Flexible and quick learner
- Must carry Resume and Aadhaar card for the interview
