The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for sourcing new customers, explaining personal loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and guiding them through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, referrals, tele-calling, and digital channels.

Approach potential customers to promote personal loan products.

Customer Interaction

Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.

Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

Sales Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential customers.

Documentation & Processing

Collect and verify required documents from customers.

Ensure proper submission of loan applications to the processing team or bank.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Provide post-sales support and address customer queries.

Coordination with Banks/Partners

Work closely with bank representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Market Awareness

Stay updated on competitor products, market trends, and changes in lending policies.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of banking and financial products

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Experience in personal loan, credit card, or financial product sales is an advantage
