The Personal Secretary provides high-level administrative and organizational support to an executive or individual. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, time-management abilities, and the capability to handle confidential information efficiently.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
