(Work includes extensive travel across India and abroad for events, exhibitions, business meetings, and client engagements)

Work Mode:
Full-Time, On-Site (with Pan-India & International Travel)
Working Hours:
- 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Standard)
- Flexibility Required: Available during early morning setups, late-night events, client dinners, outstation events, international shows, or last-minute urgent tasks.
Working Days:
6 Days/Week
Leaves: 4 Fixed Monthly Offs + Public Holidays + 1 Emergency Leave/Month
Role Objective:
To assist, represent, and manage the daily professional life, operational priorities, communications, and executive needs of the Director/Owner across both companies with complete ownership, confidentiality, dedication, and agility.
The individual will work at the intersection of administration, business development, communications, schedule planning, and operational execution, ensuring seamless alignment of the Director’s calendar, meetings, and strategic priorities for both businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Assistance & Administrative Management
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, follow-ups, travel itineraries, and hotel bookings.
- Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain schedules for events, client pitches, site visits, and installations.
- Prepare reports, presentation decks, meeting minutes, daily task sheets, and business trackers.
- Filter calls, messages, and emails with discretion and prioritize urgent actions.
- Handle confidential documents, communications, and decision-making support.
2. Operational & Business Support
- Act as a key point of coordination between event production, client servicing, marketing, and technical teams.
- Oversee and track project status, production progress, and vendor/client follow-ups.
- Ensure all departments are aligned with the Director’s decisions and deliverables.
- Manage cross-company tasks like payments, document submissions, legal contracts, and presentations.
3. Communication & Representation
- Attend meetings with or on behalf of the Director when required.
- Act as a brand representative in events, client visits, vendor meetings, or press/influencer meet-ups.
- Prepare professional and creative responses, proposals, and client documents.
4. Travel & Event Assistance
- Accompany the Director to events, outstation meetings, exhibitions, conferences, or international travel.
- Coordinate on-site schedules, logistics, and real-time adjustments.
- Be available during pre-event briefings, late-night wrap-ups, or urgent situations.
5. Dual Company Responsibility
- Balance workflows, tasks, and priorities of both DNS Events and Audiovoxx operations seamlessly.
- Adapt to the different working cultures of an events company and a tech automation firm.
- Ensure no task is delayed due to overload and maintain continuity across both brands’ objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or relevant field
- 3–7 years of experience supporting C-level executives, entrepreneurs, or directors
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Fluent in email, scheduling tools, G-Suite, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Familiarity with business proposals, operations reports, and presentations
Added Advantage:
- Previous experience in the event management or smart tech/AV industry
- Comfort with design tools like Canva or PPT for creating decks
- Knowledge of vendor negotiation, logistics management, or scheduling software
