Indo Gulf Pest Control Pvt. Ltd., India's number one pest control organization, based in New Delhi, is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Female Marketing Manager for its Delhi/Gurugram office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding client relationships across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
• 
  
• Conduct regular client visits to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in facility management companies, hospitals, airports, food chains, and hotels.
• Daily client interaction to ensure consistent follow-ups, service satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
• Business Development & Lead Generation:
• 
  
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads, expanding the company's client base.
• Present and promote pest control solutions to potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
• Sales Strategy & Reporting:
• 
  
• Collaborate with the Director Sales to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
• Provide daily reports, minutes of client meetings, and weekly sales projections, along with performance updates on territory sales targets.
• Travel:
• 
  
• Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings as required.
• Presentations & Communication:
• 
  
• Deliver high-quality presentations using excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in preparing professional reports and managing digital communications.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience:
• 
  
• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within pest control, facility management, or related industries.
• Strong network of contacts within facility management companies, hospitals, airports, food chains, and hotels.
• Skills:
• 
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in using digital tools to manage reports and presentations.
• A science background and knowledge of digital marketing strategies will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Location:

• New Delhi for the first 3 months (induction and training), after which the position will be based in Gurugram (Sushant Lok 1 branch).
