Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pest Control Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure effective service delivery across multiple client sites in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, client relationship management skills, and the ability to lead a field team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor pest control activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Client Handling: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients; manage expectations, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.
• Complaint Handling: Respond promptly to service complaints and ensure effective resolution with follow-up actions.
• Invoicing & Documentation: Prepare and submit invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain detailed service records.
• Tendering & Quotations: Prepare and submit tenders and quotations for new and existing clients.
• Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with pest control technicians; ensure timely execution of services.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and monitor the use of approved chemicals and equipment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the pest control industry
• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, chemicals, and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage field staff and multiple site operations
• Proficiency in preparing invoices, quotations, and tenders
• Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi for site visits
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in pest control (if applicable)
• Experience working with government/commercial tenders
