Prescription Review & Dispensing

• Verify prescriptions received through the platform for authenticity and correctness
• Ensure medicines are dispensed in accordance with applicable regulations and medical guidelines
• Provide guidance on dosage, usage, and potential drug interactions where required

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Drugs and Cosmetics Act and applicable pharmacy regulations
• Maintain proper records of prescriptions, sales, and pharmacy documentation
• Support regulatory audits and inspections

Inventory & Quality Control

• Monitor medicine inventory, batch numbers, and expiry dates
• Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for procurement and stock management

Customer & Operational Support

• Address customer queries related to medicines and prescriptions
• Support the operations team in ensuring accurate order fulfilment
• Work with technology and operations teams to improve pharmacy workflows
