Pharmacy Store Manager

Dee Jee Pharmacy (est. 1960), a reputed retail pharmacy in Daryaganj, Delhi, is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations and a team of pharmacy staff.

Mandatory Experience & EligibilityMinimum 3–5 years of experience managing a large, high-footfall retail pharmacy store.

Proven experience leading and managing a team of at least 5 pharmacy staff (pharmacists / assistants / cashiers).

Strong knowledge of pharmacy retail operations, prescription handling, and inventory management.

Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm preferred; candidates with strong retail pharmacy management experience may also be considered.

Experience with pharmacy billing / POS / ERP software in a retail setting.

Note: Candidates without prior experience managing a big pharmacy store with a team of at least 5 people will not be considered.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end operations of the pharmacy store: billing, cash, customer service, and coordination with suppliers.

Lead, supervise, and schedule a team of pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and cashiers; ensure discipline, grooming, and performance.

Ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions and regulatory requirements.

Maintain optimal inventory levels: ordering, GRN, stock rotation (FEFO), expiry and near-expiry control, and regular stock audits.

Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, licenses, and record-keeping requirements.

Monitor sales, daily cash reconciliation, and basic MIS reporting to management.

Handle customer issues and complaints, maintain a high standard of service and store hygiene.

Train new staff on store SOPs, customer handling, and compliance.

Location & Work ScheduleLocation: Dee Jee Pharmacy, Daryaganj, Delhi.Full-time, 6 days a week; timings as per store operational hours (extended hours/rotational shifts may be required).
