Phlebotomist

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and responsible Home Collection Phlebotomist to collect blood samples from patients at their homes. The candidate should follow proper safety, hygiene, and sample-handling procedures and ensure a comfortable experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit patients’ homes for blood sample collection as per assigned schedule

• Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples safely and accurately
• Follow NABL / standard lab protocols for sample collection and handling
• Label, store, and transport samples properly to the lab within given timelines
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional behavior
• Ensure proper use of PPE, hygiene, and infection control practices
• Handle patients politely, including elderly and pediatric cases
• Maintain daily collection records and reports

Eligibility / Requirements: Diploma / Certificate in Phlebotomy / MLT / DMLT

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in blood collection (home collection preferred)
• Good knowledge of vacutainers, needles, and collection techniques
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
• Smartphone for app / call coordination
• Good communication skills in local language
