Photographer

We are looking for a visual storyteller who understands that in e-commerce, the photo is the product. As our E-Commerce Photographer, you’ll be responsible for capturing high-quality, high-converting imagery that stops the scroll. You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of a shoot—from lighting setup and styling to the final retouch—ensuring our digital catalog looks premium, consistent, and cohesive.

• What You’ll Be DoingProduct Photography: Execute high-volume studio shoots including "hero" shots, clean white-background (silo) images, and detailed macro shots.
• Lifestyle & Contextual Shoots: Stage and shoot products in real-world environments to help customers visualize usage and scale.
• Lighting & Set Design: Master studio lighting (strobe and continuous) to eliminate unwanted shadows and highlight textures or technical features.
• Post-Production: Color correction, pathing/masking, retouching, and resizing images according to platform specifications (Amazon, Shopify, Instagram, etc.).
• Digital Asset Management: Organize, name, and archive files systematically to ensure the marketing team can find what they need in a flash.
• Collaborative Styling: Work with the listing and social media teams to ensure the visual "vibe" matches our brand voice and SEO goals.
• What We’re Looking ForTechnical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless camera systems and studio lighting equipment.
• Software Mastery: Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Lightroom) and Capture One.
• Efficiency: Ability to maintain high quality while moving through a high volume of products (speed matters in e-commerce!).
• An Eye for Detail: You spot a speck of dust or a crooked label before the shutter even clicks.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean product work and an understanding of composition.
• Equipment & EnvironmentExperience with [Canon/Sony/Nikon] systems.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment with shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift up to [25–50] lbs for set changes and equipment handling.
• Bonus Points For...Experience with 360-degree product photography or videography.
• Stop-motion animation skills for social media content.
• Fashion/Model photography experience (if applicable to your product line).
