Physiotherapist

Aelira Health is building South Delhi’s first dedicated Pulmonary Rehabilitation & Lung Health Center — a pioneering space where science, compassion, and innovation converge. As part of our founding physiotherapy team, you will work directly with India’s leading thoracic surgeon and top pulmonologists to redefine how chronic respiratory diseases are treated in India. Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based pulmonary rehabilitation sessions (individual and group).
• Assist in patient assessment and documentation — including exercise capacity testing and PFT interpretation.
• Guide patients through breathing retraining, endurance and strength exercises, inspiratory muscle training, and education modules.
• Monitor progress, update treatment plans, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with senior physiotherapists and physicians to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Support community screening camps, home-based rehab programs, and corporate wellness sessions.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and contribute to data collection for research and audit.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• BPT / MPT (Cardiopulmonary or related specialization) with 1–4 years of experience.
• Experience in pulmonary or cardiac rehab preferred; new MPT graduates with strong academic grounding may also apply.
• Strong patient communication, empathy, and motivation skills.
• Interest in working with technology-enabled rehab systems and wearable tracking tools.
• Team-oriented, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-evolving chronic care environment.
