Picker / Packer

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to manage the end-to-end fulfillment process. You will ensure that every customer order is accurately picked, professionally packed, and dispatched on time.

Key Responsibilities

• System & Labels: Monitor the order dashboard, generate shipping labels via panel.
• Sorting & Prep: Organize incoming stock and apply barcodes/labels to products with 100% accuracy.
• Packing: Pick items for orders and pack them securely according to brand standards to ensure a premium unboxing experience.
• Dispatch: Organize packages for carrier pickup and ensure all daily shipments meet cutoff times.
• Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized and track packing supply levels (boxes, tape, etc.).

Requirements

• Efficiency: Ability to meet daily packing quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in matching SKUs and identifying subtle product variations.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using thermal printers, scanners, and e-commerce platforms.
• Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods.
