• Working Days: 26 days per month

• Weekly Off: As per store roster

Interview Details

• Interview Timing: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Initial Screening Window: 09:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000/- (26 working days)

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/-

o Applicable only if the employee is present on all four Mondays of the month

• Training: 3 Days Paid Training

• Statutory benefits as applicable under company policy

Role Summary

The Picker / Packer will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing products for dispatch from the store. The role requires adherence to operational standards, timelines, and quality guidelines to ensure efficient store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately as per system-generated orders

• Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit

• Verify product quantity, quality, and labeling before packing

• Ensure timely completion of assigned picking and packing tasks

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work area

• Follow safety, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet dispatch timelines

• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Ability to work early morning shifts consistently

• Physically fit to stand, walk, and perform manual handling tasks

• Basic understanding of instructions and operational processes

• Willingness to comply with attendance and discipline policies

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Store Supervisor / Operations Lead

• Attendance discipline is mandatory to qualify for the attendance bonus

• Candidates must strictly adhere to assigned shift timings

• Company reserves the right to amend shift schedules and job responsibilities as per business requirements
