Pilates Instructor

Élan Pilates in Central Delhi / East Patel Nagar is hiring certified Pilates Instructors (3+ years experience) to lead Reformer, Mat, and apparatus classes (TRX).

Key Responsibilities

Instruction:

• Conduct group and private Pilates sessions, including Reformer, Mat, and equipment-based classes (combo chair, TRX).

Client Engagement:

• Lead, motivate, and guide clients to achieve fitness goals in a premium studio setting.

Safety & Technique:

• Ensure proper form and technique, ensuring client safety at all times.

Service:

• Foster a supportive, professional, and welcoming environment.

Certification:

• Valid Pilates certification is required.

Equipment Proficiency:

• Expert-level knowledge of reformers and other Pilates apparatus (ideally BASI, Balanced Body, or Merrithew).

Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and professional demeanor.

Salary:

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (negotiable based on experience) + incentives.

Working Hours:

• 5–9 hours per day (flexible morning/evening shifts available).

Roles:

• Positions available for Instructors and Senior Instructors.
