Pilates Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Pilates Trainer who can deliver high-quality sessions and create an exceptional client experience. The trainer will be responsible for conducting Pilates classes, guiding clients with proper form and technique, and helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Pilates sessions (Reformer / Mat / Equipment based) for individuals and small groups

• Guide clients on proper posture, breathing, and technique

• Design personalized workout programs based on client goals and fitness levels

• Monitor client progress and provide continuous feedback

• Ensure safety during all exercises

• Maintain a professional and welcoming studio environment

• Assist in retaining clients and building long-term relationships

• Coordinate with the studio team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Certification in Pilates Training (Reformer or Mat)

• 1–3 years experience in Pilates instruction (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, posture, and movement mechanics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and client transformation

• Ability to handle individual and small group sessions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Reformer Pilates equipment

• Background in physiotherapy, yoga, or functional training

• Experience working in boutique fitness studios
