Plant Head

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage our manufacturing facility for Irons, Geysers, Hair Dryers, and Kettles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality control, and managing the factory workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily production targets for Steam Irons, Geysers, and Kettles.
• Ensure 100% product quality and safety compliance (ISI standards).
• Supervise production staff, technicians, and labor.
• Monitor raw material inventory and reduce wastage.
• Maintain factory machinery and implement safety protocols.
• Candidate Requirements: Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Must have worked in a Home Appliances or Electrical manufacturing plant.
• Skills: Production Planning (PPC), Labor Management, and Quality Assurance.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with heating elements, thermostats, and plastic molding.
