We are seeking a skilled Podcast Editor (Audio & Video) to manage the complete post-production process of podcast content. The role involves editing high-quality audio and video episodes, creating engaging visuals, and ensuring content is optimized for multiple platforms.

Audio Editing

• Edit and enhance podcast audio for clarity, consistency, and professional sound quality
• Remove noise, errors, filler words, and unwanted pauses
• Balance audio levels and apply EQ, compression, and noise reduction
• Sync and manage multiple audio tracks from hosts and guests
• Add intro/outro music, sound effects, and advertisements
• Ensure audio meets platform loudness and quality standards

Video Editing

• Edit video podcasts with smooth pacing and engaging storytelling
• Sync video footage with edited audio
• Cut between multiple camera angles
• Add titles, lower thirds, captions, and on-screen graphics
• Perform basic color correction and color grading
• Export videos optimized for social media platforms
