Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive PPC strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Identify target audience segments and devise tailored campaign approaches to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine strategies based on industry trends and campaign performance.

Campaign Management:

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Social Media, etc.).
  • Oversee keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics to achieve target KPIs.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of PPC specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate workload distribution and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient campaign execution.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on key metrics, performance trends, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PPC advertising.
  • Experiment with new strategies, ad formats, and targeting options to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement testing methodologies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Expertise in Google AdsBing AdsSocial Media platforms, and other PPC platforms, with a strong track record of driving results.
  • In-depth knowledge of keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
