Job Title : Pre-Sales Executive / Trainee

Location: Nehru Place, South Delhi (On-site)

Job Overview : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Executive / Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a career in pre-sales, business development, ERP consulting, and IT SaaS solutions.

The candidate will work closely with sales, product, and consulting teams to identify leads, support proposals, conduct market research, and assist in client presentations and demos.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and follow-ups
  • Conduct industry, market, and competitor research to identify new opportunities
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, RFPs, and sales collateral
  • Maintain and update CRM records and client interaction details
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective client engagement
  • Participate in client meetings, product demos, and sales pitches
  • Provide support in pre-sales activities and customer communication

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field

  • Prior internship or exposure to Sales, Business Development, ERP, IT SaaS, or related domains is a plus
  • Required SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in client-facing interactions
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
  • Interest in building a career in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or ERP Consulting
  • Female candidates preferred
  • Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of sales and pre-sales concepts
  • Interest in AI, ERP, SaaS, and Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to create sales decks, proposals, and client documentation
  • Confidence in conducting product demos and client discussions (training will be provided)
