Work Mode: Full-time| Work From Office

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA

📌 About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical Pricing Consultant responsible for developing accurate cost models, defining pricing structures, and improving overall profitability. The role requires close coordination with procurement, production, and sales to ensure competitive and sustainable pricing.

📌 Core Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop product-wise costing models covering raw materials, labor, overheads, and packaging.
• Design and recommend pricing strategies aligned with market trends and margin goals.
• Perform margin and profitability analysis for existing and new products.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and detailed cost estimates for projects/quotes.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and support cost-effective procurement decisions.
• Track raw material price fluctuations and revise pricing accordingly.
• Create and maintain pricing masters, costing sheets, and MIS reports.
• Work with sales team on quotation pricing and commercial proposals.
• Identify cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
• Support management with financial insights, forecasts, and pricing reports.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Analyze competitor pricing and market benchmarks.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in costing, pricing, and financial analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, costing sheets, data analysis, MIS)
• Understanding of procurement, production, and commercial costing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing/costing/estimation roles
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, or Production preferred
• Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Cost Accounting or related field
