Process Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Process Coordinator – Sales to streamline and oversee key processes within the Sales Department. This role is focused on ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all sales-related activities — from lead handling and quotation approvals to dispatch coordination and documentation flow. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and will play a critical role in aligning internal teams to support smooth business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•Oversee and monitor the entire sales process flow — from lead receipt to order completion — ensuring timely and error-free execution.

•Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure alignment on order status, documentation, and delivery timelines.

•Verify and validate quotations, purchase orders, and approvals before final processing.

•Track and maintain process compliance in line with company SOPs and reporting standards.

•Support sales leadership with data-driven insights on process bottlenecks, turnaround time, and improvement opportunities.

•Maintain systematic documentation and record management for sales orders, approvals, and dispatch updates.

•Regularly update and monitor CRM (Zoho) for accurate status tracking and reporting.

•Assist in developing and implementing improved sales process workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency.
