Job Title: Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Manager to oversee vendor coordination, order placement, and procurement activities. The role will primarily focus on ensuring timely sourcing of materials, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and managing the procurement process in alignment with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to place orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain strong communication with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Track and manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery.
• Evaluate vendor performance to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the procurement process and improve cost efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
