Role Overview

UATOYS is hiring a hands-on executive to manage product content & cataloging across online platforms and also handle customer communication (CRM).

This is a data-driven, execution-focused role that requires:

• Strong Excel skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• Comfort handling both catalog accuracy and customer queries

This is not a creative agency role or a call-center job.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Content & Cataloging (Primary Responsibility – ~60%)

• Write and update product:
• 
  
• 
  
• Titles
• Bullet points
• Descriptions
• for Shopify, Flipkart, and FirstCry
• Ensure accuracy of catalog data including:
• Product names
• Features & benefits
• Age group & usage
• Material & specifications
• Maintain and update product masters using Excel / Google Sheets
• Improve existing listings for clarity, compliance, and conversion
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure correct product information is live

2. Customer Communication / CRM (Secondary Responsibility – ~40%)

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp and email
• Respond clearly to:
• Product-related questions
• Order status & tracking queries
• Basic delivery delays
• Communicate in clear, professional English (written & spoken)
• Coordinate with operations team for escalations
• Ensure timely follow-ups until resolution

MANDATORY SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

Excel / Google Sheets

Candidate must be strong in Excel, including:

• Filters & sorting
• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
• Basic formulas
• Managing product masters
• Tracking and updating catalog data
