JOB DESCRIPTION : We are looking for a versatile and proactive candidate who has experience in Pharma Product Design and Printing Materials, can create compelling company presentations (PPTs), and is open to handling administrative responsibilities. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and a willingness to support multiple business functions.

KEY RESPONCIBILITIES :

·       Design and develop product concepts, layouts, and visual assets as per company requirements

·       Create high-quality company presentations (PowerPoint/PPT) for internal and external use

·       Assist in branding, marketing materials, and product documentation

·       Coordinate with different teams for product-related inputs and updates

·       Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and record management

·       Support management with reports, data organization, and general office coordination

·       Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across design and administrative functions

SKILLS :

·       Experience in the pharmaceutical (pharma) industry will be an added advantage

·       Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (or similar presentation tools)

·       Basic understanding of design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) is a plus

·       Good organizational and multitasking abilities

·       Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

·       Ability to work independently and adapt to different types of tasks

·       Prior experience in a similar hybrid role

·       Creative mindset with attention to detail

·       Willingness to learn and take initiative

·       Experience or knowledge in product design (any relevant tools or methods)
