We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage product listings and order operations across our website and marketplaces like Amazon.

🎯 Job Role OverviewWe need a candidate who can:

• Create professional product listings

• Handle daily order processing

• Manage inventory & pricing

• Work on both Shopify website & Amazon

• 🛒 RESPONSIBILITIES1️⃣ Product Listing (Website – Shopify)Upload new products with proper titles
• Write SEO-friendly product descriptions
• Create Amazon-style bullet points
• Add correct tags & collections
• Upload & edit product images
• Manage variants (size, scale, color etc.)
• Calculate discount % using Compare at Price
• Update stock & pricing regularly

• 2️⃣ Product Listing (Amazon)Create new listings
• Optimize titles (Amazon SEO)
• Add backend keywords
• Write bullet points + A+ style content
• Manage pricing & deals
• Handle listing updates

• 3️⃣ Order ProcessingProcess website & Amazon orders daily
• Generate shipping labels
• Coordinate with courier partners
• Update tracking details
• Handle returns & exchanges
• Basic customer support (WhatsApp / Email)

• 📊 Skills RequiredShopify experience (Mandatory)
• Amazon Seller Central knowledge
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Good English writing skills
