About the Role :
We’re looking for an Operations Executive to handle vendor coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operational tasks. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and willing to travel to manufacturing units and trade fairs when required.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for orders and dispatches.
Manage logistics, shipments, and documentation.
Maintain operations data, reports, and inventory records.
Visit factories and exhibitions for on-ground coordination.
Ensure smooth execution between production, sales, and accounts teams.
Skills & Qualifications :
Graduate in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
Knowledge of logistics, vendor management, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication, multitasking, and coordination skills.
Must be comfortable travelling for work.
