🔍 About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to support and enhance our HRMS platform. The ideal candidate should have HR domain basics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• 🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, strategy & roadmap
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Gather & prioritize product requirements
• Collaborate with development, design & QA teams
• Prepare documentation, workflows & release notes
• Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
• Support client demos, onboarding & training
• 🎓 Required SkillsBachelor’s in Business/Tech/HR or related field
• 1–2 years experience as Product Manager / Business Analyst
• Understanding of attendance, payroll & employee lifecycle
• Strong analytical, communication & documentation skills
• ✨ Preferred SkillsHR Tech / SaaS product experience
• Knowledge of SDLC & basic UI/UX concepts
