Job Summary: 

Rymo Technologies is hiring a Product Specialist to demonstrate and train healthcare professionals on robotic rehabilitation devices, provide technical support, and assist with installations—mainly across Delhi and North India, with some travel required. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Conduct product demos and training for doctors, physiotherapists, and hospital staff. 
• Install and implement robotic rehabilitation devices in hospitals and therapy centres. 
• Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting, support, and maintenance guidance. 
• Educate healthcare professionals on device usage and workflow integration. 
• Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations and clinical benefits. 
• Maintain support records and CRM logs for issue tracking and resolutions. 
• Collect customer feedback and coordinate with R&D, regulatory, and sales teams. 
• Travel for installations, training, and support when required. 

Required Skills  

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). 
• Experience of providing demos and conducting training session for medical devices or electro-mechanical / robotic systems. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to create technical documentation. 
• Open to travel across North India, including Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab etc. 

Qualification: 

3+ years of experience in biomedical, mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering with exposure to medical devices or electro-mechanical/robotic systems.
