Salary & Benefits

 CTC: ₹19,785 per month

 In-hand Salary: ₹15,996 (after PF & ESI deductions)

 Canteen Facility: Two free meals & two cups of tea (provided by the company)

 Accommodation: Shared rooms available on rent from ₹1,000/month (to be paid directly to the owner)

 Transportation: Bus facility available at ₹750/month (deducted from salary)

Key Responsibilities

 Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently.

 Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.

 Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of solar panels.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.

Candidate Requirements

 ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Welder / Relevant Trade) – Fresher apply.

 Basic knowledge of machine operations and safety procedures.

 Willingness to work in shifts in a manufacturing setup.

 Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
