• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly production
• Ensure production as per approved batch
• Maintain line efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate for procurement & stores for raw material availability.

Quality & Food Safety Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) norms.

Process Control & Optimization

• Control yield losses (raw material vs finished goods).
• Optimize baking/processing cycle for energy efficiency.
• Reduce rework and wastage.

Manpower Management

• Train operators on SOP, hygiene, and safety.
• Monitor attendance & discipline.
• Improve team productivity.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Monitor raw material consumption as per BOM.
• Control over-usage of ingredients (like oils, preservatives, additives).
• Reduce expired RM and WIP losses.
• Ensure proper FIFO / FEFO implementation.

Documentation & Reporting

• Daily production reporting to management.

Maintaining Hygiene & safety
