We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day food production activities at our restaurant or central kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency while managing kitchen staff and controlling production costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production operations.

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food items as per restaurant requirements.

• Maintain quality, taste, and hygiene standards as per FSSAI and internal guidelines.

• Monitor kitchen inventory, raw material usage, and reduce wastage.

• Manage production staff, assign duties, and ensure discipline and productivity.

• Coordinate with the procurement and store team for timely availability of raw materials.

• Maintain daily production records and report to management.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

• Implement SOPs and improve processes to increase efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Production, or Culinary Arts.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in food production (restaurant/central kitchen/cloud kitchen).

• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.

• Leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with bulk cooking or centralized production units.

• Familiarity with costing, portion control, and standard recipes.

• Computer proficiency (Excel, Inventory/ERP systems).
