Production Tailor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Tailor / Assistant Tailor to join our bespoke tailoring team. This role is perfect for someone with a foundational understanding of garment construction who is eager to grow into a master fitter. You will be the bridge between the client’s vision and the final product, ensuring every measurement is precise and every order is tracked to perfection.

• Precision Measurement: Conduct accurate body measurements for suits, shirts, and formal wear, both via video call (virtual fitting) and in-person client visits.

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their style preferences, fabric choices, and specific fit requirements.

• Order Management: Oversee the lifecycle of an order from initial measurement to final execution, ensuring the production team has all the necessary details.

• Quality Support: Assist with basic alterations and quality checks to ensure the finished garment meets our brand standards.

• Proactive Follow-up: Maintain clear communication with clients regarding trial dates, delivery timelines, and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic Tailoring Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of how garments are put together (seams, hems, and fabric drape).

• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, as you will be representing the brand during client visits and calls.

• Accuracy: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset. High attention to detail is non-negotiable.

• Eagerness to Learn: While basic knowledge is required, we are happy to provide advanced training on our specific measurement techniques and bespoke standards.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel to client locations for on-site fittings.
