Production Tailor

Job Description – Production Designer (Women’s Ethnic Wear)

We are looking for a Production Designer to manage and oversee the design-to-production process for women’s ethnic garments, including suits, sarees, and lehengas.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop design concepts aligned with brand aesthetics.
• Coordinate with embroidery, tailoring, and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution.
• Prepare detailed tech packs, measurements, and material sheets.
• Oversee fabric selection, dyeing, trims, and surface embellishments.
• Ensure timely production of samples and final pieces.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Work closely with the production team to resolve design or fitting issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in women’s ethnic wear (suits, sarees, lehengas).
• Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
