Job Description:

As a Jewelry Photographer, you will play a key role in showcasing our jewelry collections through visually captivating and detailed photography. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality, crisp, and stunning images of jewelry pieces that accurately represent their elegance and craftsmanship. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create content for our website, social media, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Photograph jewelry pieces, ensuring attention to detail and capturing intricate designs and textures.
• Utilize lighting, angles, and backgrounds to highlight the unique qualities of each jewelry piece.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance the visual appeal while maintaining accuracy and detail.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and visually consistent content for e-commerce platforms and social media.
• Set up and manage photography studio equipment, including lighting, backdrops, and props to create the ideal shot.
• Work with the team to maintain a consistent visual style across all imagery.
• Organize and archive photo files for easy access and future use.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in jewelry photography and photography technology.
• Assist with photoshoots as needed, including creative direction and set design.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of professional photography experience, with a focus on product or jewelry photography.
• Proficient with photography equipment (DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and lenses) and editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, particularly for capturing jewelry and small objects.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on highlighting the texture, sparkle, and intricacies of jewelry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your work in jewelry photography or other product photography.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with 360-degree product photography or video creation for digital platforms.
• Knowledge of jewelry materials and how to best photograph different types of metals, stones, and finishes.
• Experience with product styling or creative direction for photoshoots.
