HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy, HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.
Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Your key responsibilities Responsible for Client Engagement and Delivery of Senior-Level / Leadership roles for global clients in IT/ and covering large niches GCCs or core Industry sector . Build Domain expertise, conducting intensive research about the industries, companies & Client to develop specialist knowledge & insights of sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector. Develop high-quality business intelligence, presentations, and reports, including both primary and secondary resources. Develop relationships with, influence, and manage clients and candidates independently. Develop your own network within the industry with potential and existing candidates and gather market intelligence. Extensive high- level interaction with candidates. Innovate and solve complex business hiring problems. Act as a crucial link between 3 key stakeholders in the recruitment process, namely, the client, the candidate and the company. Understanding the clients mandate, industry & organization. The IT Recruiter’s responsibilities include defining hiring criteria, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. Candidates with a good understanding of IT terminologies and roles, along with strong communication and organizational skills, will be preferred. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates who align with the technical and cultural needs of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, including various roles, technologies, and skills.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, involving relevant stakeholders in the decision-making process.
- Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and provide recruitment updates.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up to date.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in IT recruitment, including salary benchmarks, industry demands, and emerging technologies.
