Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects. The role involves coordination between site teams, management, vendors, and clients while maintaining proper documentation and progress tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor daily project progress and prepare status reports.
• Maintain project documentation including work orders, DPRs, manpower reports, and material records.
• Follow up with procurement and stores for timely availability of materials.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing project updates for management.
• Ensure proper communication between field teams and office management.
• Track project timelines and highlight delays or issues for timely resolution.
• Support billing and documentation required for client submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or operations (preferably in electrical/utility projects).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage deadlines.
