Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to act as the key communication bridge between US-based clients and our India technology team.

The role involves requirement gathering, sprint coordination, task tracking, and client communication to ensure smooth and timely delivery of telematics and IoT software projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international client (mainly USA).
• Understand client requirements, translate them into actionable tasks for tech teams.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, sprint plans, and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate with frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps teams to track progress.
• Ensure clear documentation — feature specs, status reports, and delivery notes.
• Conduct Daily client meetings, prepare MOMs, and track pending actions.
• Communicate effectively across time zones and maintain transparent reporting.
• Identify risks, delays, or blockers early and escalate appropriately.
• Support in UAT coordination, demo sessions, and post-deployment feedback.
• Work closely with project managers and leadership to align delivery goals.
• Required Skills5–8 years of experience in project coordination / client servicing in IT or SaaS.
• Excellent English communication and client handling skills, especially with overseas clients.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiar with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Good grasp of technical concepts (React, Node.js, APIs, AWS) to liaise effectively with developers.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
• Preferred ExperienceWorked on IoT, telematics, or mobility platforms.
• Experience coordinating international technology projects.
• Exposure to API integrations, data analytics dashboards, or cloud-based systems.
