You’ll specifically take care of implementing documentation management processes and monitoring the documentation lifecycle, but also ensure proper archiving and compliance with internal and external standards.
We’ll look to you for:
Applying the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plan (DMP) and metadata
Controlling documentation standards, including templates, references, and versions
Defining and deploying documentation numbering systems
Managing the project working documents repository (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Ensuring proper submission of contractual documentation according to customer requirements
Recording and maintaining all technical and management documentation in the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS)
Preparing and participating in sub-system gate reviews and coordinating with the PrDM
Providing inputs for documentation dashboards and reports
Suggesting improvements and sharing lessons learned to enhance documentation processes
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in technical documentation or a related field)
Experience or understanding of documentation control processes
Knowledge of EDMS tools and documentation standards
Familiarity with engineering and industrial processes
A structured and process-oriented approach to work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Awareness of change and configuration management concepts

Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines
Work with new security standards for rail signalling

Contribute to impactful and innovative projects
Utilise our flexible working environment
Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning
Progress towards senior roles in documentation management
Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)
You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
