Project Manager

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure smooth coordination among all teams and stakeholders.
  • Review engineering designs, ensure technical compliance, and monitor execution of civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • Oversee budgets, track expenditures, approve variations, and manage resource allocation.
  • Supervise construction activities (dam, powerhouse, tunnels, infrastructure) to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project targets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental norms through regular site audits.
  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies; submit regular progress reports.
  • Implement quality control processes and oversee commissioning to ensure all deliverables are met before handover.
