Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Assets & Property Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales and marketing efforts in the real estate and asset sales sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting property surveys, identifying potential buyers, handling inquiries, and negotiating deals to maximize revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property and asset sales.
- Identify and acquire new clients, investors, and buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to maximize sales conversions.
- Handle inquiries from clients and provide them with detailed property information.
- Arrange property inspections for interested buyers.
- Convince potential buyers and convert leads into successful sales.
- Property Survey & Market Analysis:
- Visit and survey properties to understand their location, construction quality, and market price.
- Gather insights on property conditions, amenities, and investment potential.
- Visit property dealers and local residents to market properties available for auction.
- Conduct market research to analyze pricing trends, competition, and customer preferences.
- Utilize property portals like 99acres.com, MagicBricks.com, IndiaProperty.com, etc., to generate leads.
Marketing & Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote property sales.
- Leverage digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to enhance reach and visibility.
- Coordinate with designers and agencies to create promotional materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize asset value and marketability.
- Operations & Legal Compliance:
- Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Ensure all transactions comply with legal and company policies.
- Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (MBA in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Administration preferred).
- Experience: 5 to 10+ years in asset/property sales, real estate marketing, or related fields.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience in the property sector is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value sales transactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and sales management platforms.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and customer behavior.
