Job Description
Sabato Exports Pvt. Ltd. is a growing export-oriented organization engaged in manufacturing and trading. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchase Coordinator who can manage vendors, negotiate best prices, and ensure smooth and timely procurement operations.

Eligibility Criteria
• Female candidates only
• Graduate preferred (B. Com / BBA / any stream)
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Coordination

Required Skills & Competencies
• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
• Ability to handle and update vendor databases
• Strong experience in price negotiation and cost saving
• Strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, email drafting, ERP systems)
• Good documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Operations
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
• Collect quotations, compare rates, and finalize vendors.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts departments.
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability.
2. Vendor Management
• Develop and maintain vendor master database.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, price, and delivery.
• Identify alternate vendors to avoid dependency.
4. Follow-up & Order Tracking
• Daily follow-ups for pending orders.
• Track dispatch, delivery, and GRN status..
5. Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain records of POs, GRNs, invoices, and contracts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports.
• Update all data in Excel / FMS.
6. System & Compliance
• Ensure all purchase activities follow company procedures.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits.
7. Strong Computer Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas), email drafting, internet usage, and ERP systems for maintaining purchase records, tracking orders, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
