Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement operations across all assigned categories.
• Prepare, release, and track Purchase Orders (POs) with strict control on rates, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain and monitor Proforma Invoice (PI) and PO tracking lists to ensure closure and audit readiness.
• Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) creation and reconciliation with PO and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate closely with Transport/Porter to ensure timely inward of goods.
• Execute bill checking and bill entry in Tally Prime, ensuring GST, rates, and quantities are accurate.
• Perform price comparison, rate analysis, and price verification to drive cost competitiveness.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors
• Lead rate negotiations with vendors to improve margins without compromising quality or timelines.
• Maintain purchase MIS, vendor master data, and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on expertise in procurement operations and vendor management.
• Working knowledge of raw materials, oils, packaging, spiritual, gifts items and general merchandise sourcing.
• Proficient in Tally Prime, Excel
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and SKUs under tight timelines.
